Dear all
Finally I uploaded a new photo this morning for my Proz. site, however it is still not showing.
I submitted a support ticket, and they answered once (upload the photo again, which I did), but I am still faceless.
Has anyone else encountered this problem lately?
I uploaded the photo in .jpg and when that did not work in .png format (150 x 167 pixels), no error message (just the message: your profile has been updated.)
I posted the same picture on other sites without any problems.
Thanks in advance for your input!

Dear Channa,
Please note that it may take several minutes for your new profile image to be publicly visible. When no error message is received it is advisable to allow some time for the photo to be displayed correctly. Please see http://www.proz.com/faq/4123#4123
Best regards,
Romina

Dear Romina
Thanks for your reply. I know it should only take a few minutes, however this took more than 6 hours.
Anyway, the problem is solved now, so I have a face again on Proz
