Dear proz staff members,
I have submitted a support request for my credential verification, but it seems that the system is not working properly. I sent twice my university transcripts, but the staff member didn't receive them and closed my support request asking again for my transcripts. I also sent an email to the staff member through her proz email, but in my email box there are not sent messages. My ticket support is TKT#283766.
