Not receiving e-mail notification of awarded Kudoz etc.

I stopped receiving e-mails that I was awarded points for an answer, that points have been awarded to someone else, about agrees, asker notes etc. etc.

I haven't changed anything in my profile.

Have I missed something? My attendance at the site is spotty lately, so please excuse me if this is something obvious.

It seems an unindentified virtual computer persona has put the proz.com domain on my "block spam" list.

Duhh...

Check if they are blocking some messages to your email account. Some anti-spam products, installed at the email server, may incorrectly classify some traffic as spam (false positive) and block it.

A false positive is one possibility.
Another (more likely, probably) is that someone inadvertently marks a piece of mail as spam and the blocker shoots down everything from that address or domain afterwards.

So check your blocked address lists every now and then to see if your boss's e-mail address isn't on it!
