Not receiving Kudoz notifications

Hi All,
I've not received Kudoz notifications for two days now and I'm a little worried.
My e-mail mailbox works (I've checked it).
I've also checked my Kudoz e-mail preferences, which are fine.
Is anyone else experiencing the same?
I don't know if I have the same problem with job postings.
Can you help?

Don't worry - everything will be OK in a couple of days or even hours(as per my experience). Brgds.

Problem with your ISP Jun 13, 2004

Pamela,

Your ISP is having trouble with their mailserver. It is refusing email sent to it with this error:

421 Service not available - too busy

Please contact the support department at your ISP for help with this problem.

Anyone having trouble receiving email notifications from ProZ.com is encouraged to visit the Email Support Center for help.

If you are not receiving any email at all from ProZ.com, the support center will direct you to this page, where you can look up known problems delivering email to your domain, and find instructions about how to get the problem resolved.

If the problem delivering mail to your domain is not known, you will be directed to submit a support request. Then I will look through our mail server logs to track down the problem.

Something strange Jun 13, 2004

Dear Jason,
I tried and sent some messages from and to my e-mail address and they arrived/left.
This is strange.
It seems that only kudoz notifications are not arriving.
Is it possible?

spam filtering? Jun 13, 2004

This happened to me. I was not happy to find out that it was due to overzealous spam filtering.

Now I prefer to do my own filtering.

I've received some 100 messages that had been accumulated for two days.

Dear Jason:
Like Pamela, since Jun 13 I have not received Kudoz notifications. I've also checked my Kudoz e-mail preferences, I changed them just in case, I talked to my ISP provider to see if they were applying an anti-spam service, and that was not the case.
The, suddenly on Jun 14, I received some Kudoz notifications, so I thought everything was normal again.
But, on Jun 15 and Jun 16, once again I was receiving on an off some messages. Then, again, I checked everything and changed preferences, from "interest" to "working", but I'm still not receiving all the notifications I should.
I've sent three mails to support service, but I haven't received any answer.
