ICQ instant message not working? (Staff: Fixed)

I added ICQ instant message icon to my profile. Then I tried to send a message to myself to test it. It does not work. Here's the error message:

Method Not Allowed
The requested method POST is not allowed for the URL /scripts/WWPMsg.dll.
