How long does it take to vet a "Howto"?

Hi all! As last I had posted a "how to" about localizing / translating Databases such as MS-Access, finished works, towards the end I saw a display mentioning " the "how to" is being vetted " how long this process normally take and what are the requirements, to see a "how to" published and made available to all.
