How long does it take to have credentials verified?

On Feb. 11th I submitted a support request and forwarded copy of my credentials according to the instructions.
I received the "TKT#...: Acknowledgement from ProZ.com support" email, but nothing else since then...

Usually we provide the service within a few days Feb 22, 2005

Dear Graciela,

normally it takes no more than a few days, with many instances where we have performed this service within a very short time on the same day.
Currently there is a backlog of about 10-12 requests due to other work, but we hope to clear very soon.
