Dear Helper

I carry a platinum membership over Proz. When I am trying to using director of freelancers (new) for English-Hindi, my platinum memership (Blue) ikon is not highlighting there. But Partial membership ikon is appearing there, the sky blue one.

Pls help me why so, if I am full platinum membership holder. This is the only place where this is occuring, not on other place.

Appreciates your help in this.
