Blue board access denied

I just tried to make a Blue Board inquiry about an outsourcer who recently posted a job in my language pair and it says the info is restricted. I'm a community platinum member and haven't had this happen before- can someone tell me what's up? I quote the first line of community platinum membership below:

Full, unlimited access to the outsourcer Blue Board

P.S. I just tried to randomly search the Blue Board, and it turns out that I can't read ANY listings! Hope this is just a glitch!

Hello,

Recent changes to community platinum membership have a) reduced its cost and b) removed access to the Blue Board from the package.

If you have been a community member for more than a few days these changes are NOT supposed to affect you, therefore you should submit a support ticket.

I've been a community member for a couple of years... the Blue Board access is my biggest reason for going platinum! When I go to the Platinum membership page, the quote I listed above is still in the first line of the description of community platinum memberships.
I've submitted a support request!

Not really. There have always been several partial Platinum membership.

and I think that JL's problem is related to her membership (Community Platinum).
If you want to access the BB you'll need to pay (BrowniZ or $).

I'm confused Aug 6, 2005

I renewed my community platimun membership for one year in May, and have up until today had unlimited BB access. Below I'm pasting what is written in the Community Platinum membership renewal info box:

Community Platinum Membership


- Full, unlimited access to the outsourcer Blue Board
- Instant forum postings (bypass vetting for faster response)
- Verification of identity (credit card payment--in own name--or powwow attendance required)
- Verification and posting of ATA, ATIO, NAATI, IoL and other credentials (please enter support request)
- Batch networking: send notices to up to 100 colleagues at once
- Communicate with colleagues and clients through Instant Messaging
- Front-page exposure (photo required)
...and more coming every day


I've never had to pay Browniz or $$! That's the major reason I'm platinum...

P.S.- the page Claudia is referring to must be a new description of community platinum memberships. It's not what I read when I renewed and isn't what comes up when I look at my renewal info (I pasted above). If the rules have changed I can evaluate the benefits when my membership expires and make a decision, but I don't think my benefits can be changed in the middle of my paid 12 months, can they?
