unable to grade question

some one who is not a member of proz.com had asked a question but at present time she is unable to grade question as well as she is receiving notes from proz.com to grade her question.Sending email to a moderator and to one of the answerers was not useful.please any suggestion.

If the question was asked by a non-logged-in user, then s/he would need the password in order to grade the answer. The password has been sent in the email notification confirming that the question has been posted. In case this password has been lost, a moderator can resend the password. Of course, this user must provide a valid email address while asking the question, otherwise it would be impossible to neither receive the notification or receive the password sent by a moderator.
