most of the time I cannot view or read hebrew texts.

To see properly the texts in various languages, including Hebrew, you should use the proper encoding in your browser.

To change the encoding please go to the 'View' menu of your browser and choose Encoding > Hebrew > Windows-1255. It should help.

Thank you Natalia, yes I have done just that and still could not view or read Hebrew texts.

As for the web address, my mistake: it is not an email address

We often have the same problem with cyrillics, so don't be upset, you are not alone. But we are in a better situation with cyrillics, because we have a couple of good decoders that help us read most corrupted encodings.

Please remember to check the encoding in your browser before asking a question. Please remember also that quite often a text in a language with non-latin alfabet looks corrupted when pasted from Word. And one more thing: people may use different encodings (by mistake or intentionally), so if you cannot read something in one encoding, just try another one.
