updating my Proz Profile

For quite some time now, I have been trying to update my
ProZ.com profile. I keep receiving messages that the
updates have been submitted, but when I have a look at my
profile page, nothing has been added or changed.
Can you advise me in this matter?

could you please specify what exactly you were updating?

Where you attempting to upload your picture, or your CV, or are you referring to changes to the text contained in your profile, or something else...?

In any case, none of these operations is followed by a notification, and this is another unclear detail about your problem, or perhaps you intended to say that you receive a confirmation "on screen", not as a message. Please specify.

Hi Hennie,
have you tried Refresh button in your browser when you open your profile? Your browser may use cached version and that's why you don't see the changes.
