Please see:
http://www.proz.com/kudoz/1179732
as an example. If I click on the asker the pop up tells me:

Not a translator

Questions: 4 (all closed)
Answers: 0

But I can still open the answer screen, additionally in the a asker profile are only open questions displayed.

What does "Questions: 4 (all closed)" mean in this case?

Some explanation Nov 10, 2005

"Not a translator" means the asker states (s)he is not a translator.

"Questions: X (all closed)..." means (s)he asked 4 kudoZ questions total, and all these questions are closed by the moment - no open/non-graded questions left.

I think there may be a bug Nov 10, 2005

Hello,

I noticed this kind of problem before. Although I know that a certain asker has several open questions, the display says "all closed". Perhaps it is a kind of bug in the system.

The question still has no one answer, so it's impossible to grade it. So, the rule is "All questions which the asker asked and which have at least one answer are closed".

Sorry Kirill, not true either, try this one:
http://www.proz.com/kudoz/1179733

It has been answered, still shows all closed, none answered.

But the answer is selected and graded, the question is closed.

Now I understand.... Nov 10, 2005

The
Questions: refers to the number of questions the person asked.
Answers: refers to the number of questions a person answered, not to the number of answers that the person received.

This must be a late AE of my flu, or an early AE of...

I'll call it a day.
