Three things I can't do...

Firstly, how do I remove my rates for my working languages? I've tried removing the language and re-introducing it, but it just re-introduces the old rate.

Secondly, when one receives a message and reads it, is it not possible to read the message at a later time? I can't find a message I read earlier. If it is deleted automatically, this is rather annoying as I often read messages in a hurry and want to go back to them later when I have more time.

Thirdly, how do I change the date for a Powwow? Do I have to cancel it and start a new one?

Answer regarding messages Dec 11, 2006

Menu: My ProZ.com- My Messages. If you have not especially deleted them, both messages received and your answers should be there.

I'm afraid I do not know answers to your other two questions.

Hi Timothy,

Thirdly, how do I change the date for a Powwow? Do I have to cancel it and start a new one?

I would suggest to submit a Support Request for each of the two.

Best, Ralf

I don't have that option on the My ProZ.com, whether in the old or new format.

Hi Timothy,

It's not in the profile (from your mentioning "old or new format" I infer this is what you had in mind), but in the main menu; you should be able to see that button on any page other than the profile page.

Thanks. I had clicked on the My Proz.com at the bottom of the page.
