I did not have access to any exhibitor's hall, during this 5-day event, the access was denied. I so disappointed. What is wrong, should I still pay to get access?

The hall is open, and fully accessible. It sounds like you do not have the most up to date browser and plugins. Check the prepare page, as there is a series of computer/system checks - http://proz.me/VirtualEventSystemCheck
Sorry that you experienced issues, please keep trying - again, there is no cost.
