Pentru client ce date cerem? Numarul pasaportului sau scanare dupa ID?
În cazul în care clientul este persoană juridică sau liber-profesionist, contractul de colaborare, dacă este necesar, va include datele de identificare ale acestuia (denumire/nume, cod de înregistrare fiscală/TVA, adresa oficială a sediului, reprezentantul oficial cu nume, prenume, date de identificare, adresă).
În cazul colaborării cu o persoană fizică, după ştiinţa mea, contractul nu e neapărat necesar. E suficientă o factură cu datele de identificare ale persoanei (nume, adresă, CNP). Dacă ţii neapărat sa faci un contract de colaborare cu respectiva persoană, atunci trebuie să includă datele de identificare ale persoanei, nestricând nici o copie/scanare a buletinului/cărţii de identitate.
Dacă te îngrijorează eventuala neplată, trebuie să ştii că o factură emisă reprezintă obligaţie de plată. Totuşi, dacă nu ţi se pare clientul tocmai onest, mai fă nişte cercetări înainte de a prelua comanda.
