To prevent similar situations from arising in the future, I am recommending to
Henry and the moderators that the off-topic exception for holiday greetings be
removed. Also, to prevent any perception of bias, I have decided to refrain from
participating in moderator discussions related to the Russian forum. I leave the
decisions of the Russian forum in the hands of Natalie, Jarema and the other
Russian-speaking moderators.
