Произведен предварительный перевод файла с использованием TM. Достаточно много сегментов переведены с совпадением в 100%.
Можно ли эти сегменты отметить каким-то образом, чтобы в процессе окончательного перевода Вордфаст их проскакивал?

Надеюсь, я выразился понятно...

В версиях 5.х - не знаю, до сих пор пользуюсь 4.22t22.
В версиях 4.х - IMHO нужно в Pandora's Box включить (убрать подчеркивание) в элементах Skip>99 и (желательно) NeedForSpeed.
P.S. Описание Skip>99 - из мануала
Skip>99:
In an already segmented, bilingual document, all segments that have an analogy rate highter than 99 will be skipped. Any other value can be specified, with an < or > operator, like, for example, Skip
