Such a keyboard can be downloaded from

http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/PaulGor/kbd_eng.htm, along with keyboard reprogramming software which I also found useful, since the keyboard provided (by Paul Goryansky) is not quite the same as the one I was used to, but I was able to start from his and reprogram a few letters, so that I now have exactly the keyboard I want.
