Меня смущет перевод названий гостиниц, курортов.... С географическими названиями проще - практически всегда можно обратиться к русской карте. А если, например, Hotel Mont Saint Michel? Я обычно ориентируюсь на требования заказчика , чаще всего - транслитирую и оставляю название латинским буквами в скобках. А как Вы поступаете?

Как всегда, хозяин - барин. Я тоже очень часто так делаю, иногда могу добавить, что означает то или иное название.
