I would be curious to know if any other translator has experienced any surge in Webinar offers through email (spam) after enrolling for SDL Trados Studio 2009 for Translators webinar.
Those numerous offers I get now have nothing to do with translation, but always involve some kind of webinar or online learning formula.
I never got any of these offers before registering for the SDL webinar.
SDL, whom I contacted, of course denies distributing my email address to any company that specializes in facilitating this type of on line marketing or services.
