Dear Colleagues,

following an abusive/bogus non-payment report on our http://www.proz.com/blueboard/5018 by "Arnold Matta", a scammer already listed in http://www.translator-scammers.com/, and our opening a suport request where ProZ.com Staff took care of the issue and deactivated "Arnold Matta" profile http://www.proz.com/profile/2137892 , we are hereby posting a scam alert that we would like to make public.

The scamming ring to whom "Arnold Matta" belongs is now sending translation job offers to freelancers, using "Ability Services" and "Ability Translations" as a sender (thus impersonating Ability Services, our Company), and signing emails with "Ettore Peyrot " (actual Marketing Manager of Ability Services). These job offers are bogus/fake, and translators accepting them will not be paid.

The email addresses Ability Services uses to send legit/official translation job offers are @traduzione-localizzazione.com , @localization-translation.com and @ability-mktg.com . Ability Services' legut/actual phone numbers are +39 0121 932578, +39 0121 590490 and +39 338 7867823 . Ettore Peyrot can be reached there to check whether a translation job offer is valid, speaking Italian, English, French, and some Spanish.
