How to clean up a word file with Corel graphs?

Hi, everybody,

I have the following problem.

I translated a word file with Corel graphs. When I wanted to clean the file up, at the end of the process I got the message that "process cannot access the file, as it is used by other process". The Word files did not clean up.

I know from experience that removing such drawings, and later re-insterting them after clean up is a solution, or cleaning in Wordfast and then merging WF TM with Trados TM, but I was won... See more

Use the TW4 cleanup macro from within MSWord.

From MSWord dropdown menu tools - macro, select "tw4winClean.Main" and click on run. Your file will be cleaned in a sec.

Make sure you save a copy of the unclean file in another folder, as your TM will not be updated (in case you have manually edited the target without opening/closing/saving the relative segment).
