Same Problem here too Apr 27, 2011

I am having the same issue with "Activated Licenses" They have disappeared and I am unable to get them back. They worked fine for the last couple of years and now all of a sudden, I'm getting errors that says I need to update my license. I have used the solution finder and sent a message to the support team and STILL NO RESPONSE...We need this to be up and running...Hope someone can help
