Dear Collegues,

I have got the above failure while opening a doc file.
I know that the issue has been discussed before, however the links for the solution of that problem in previous topics provide 404 errors.
So, I would be glad if anybody would instruct me how to resolve it.

Thank you in advance.

Best Wishes,

M. Ali

Try switching off "Show display formatting" in Filter Settings May 12, 2008

Open the Filter Settings (located in the SDL International program group as a subgroup of Trados) and select the proper Word version. Go to "Display formatting and font mapping" and deselect both "Show display formatting" and "Use display font mapping". Restart your Trados application and reopen the DOC file in Tageditor. Do not use the previously created ttx (if any).

I have Only "Status" option there,
And on the other side "New", "Approved" "Read Only" options.
