SDL 2007 - installation problem!

Hi all!
When installing SDL 2007 I get an error:
Code:
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library 
Runtime Error!
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in unusual way.



I think that is because of TW4Win.exe, that cannot register. When I run SelfRegister.bat, all files listed have been registered without any errors, exept this one:

Code:
"C:\Program Files\SDL International\T2007\TT\TW4Win.exe" /regserver



Trying to shut down firewall & antivirus (Comodo) didn't help.
Such error is being displayed when closing Workbench.

Win XP SP2, Workbench 8.2.0.835
Visual C++ Redistributable 2005, .net 2.0 - installed.

Uninstall Microsoft C++ Jul 10, 2008

Hello Ronny,

Try uninstalling your Microsoft C++ Redistributable packages. Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs and uninstall all versions of SDL Trados and all Microsoft C++ Redistributable packages.

Now re-install SDL Trados 2007 and this will install the preferred Microsoft C++ Redistributable version as well.

I do so... it doesn't help. I've tried VC++ 2005, VC++ 2005 SP1, VC++ 2008... I stiil get the same error message.
But today I have installed Multiterm - and the problem disapears! TW4win.exe closes normally, but still can't be registered with selfregister.bat. It shows me "Runtime error"
And Multiterm closes with error message "...memory can't be "read"

I'm going slightly mad!!!

This seems to be a problem that needs looking into by one of our support engineers. I recommend you visit the solution finder, answering the questions and fill in the web form to log a case to the support team if you do not find a solution.

To visit the solution finder please follow these instructions:

1. Please visit: https://oos.sdl.com/asp/products/ssl/account/default.asp

2. Login with your username and password

3. Go to "My Support"

4. Select “Licensing and Installation Help”

5. Select "Start" at the bottom of the page, our knowledge base will now load up

6. Select Solution finder

7. Select the "Download and Installation Problems" link in the left hand navigation pane

8. Answer the questions accordingly

Again, you will be given a support form to fill out if you don't find a solution.

I did so - on the 6th of July!! NO answer
