Problem with MultiTerm Extract

Hi,

I've been asked to look into MultiTerm Extract 2007 by an agency. In running the demo with MultiTerm 7 on a variety of bilingual files, the resulting term candidates are always posted in a single list under the Source column, and the Target language column is always left empty.

I've seen this same problem listed at Translators Café, but with no answers and never here. Anyone seen this themselves or have any suggestions as to a cause/solution?
