Trados 7: Successful license key test but Workbench cannot run

Hi!I have downloaded Trados 7 on the Internet, after the installation, I go to "License Manager" and the key is o.k(successful test).However, when I run Workbench, it says that "Workbench cannot specify the license key so it will close now".I tried with some other *.lic file but encounter the same problem!could you please give me your advice!
