Dear all,

One of the most common questions we are asked is:

“How do we know when SDL have introduced something new, or updated their products?”

To address this issue we have implemented a very simple process using the SDL Knowledge base that allows you to keep yourself up to date every time a new knowledge base article is created for a Hot fix, Service pack or Release. We will update a particular article (2299) to explain what the fix is and what it addresses.

So, to be kept up to date with all future hot fixes and updates, please subscribe to the following article from the SDL knowledge base:

http://talisma.sdl.com/article.aspx?article=2299&p=1

Many Thanks,

Gareth Powell
