Having tried to open a file in Power Point in Tag Editor (version 7.0), I had to wait very long, afterwards I received following message on my PC '(8005): Unexpected error when opening file C:\ ... using a plug-in filter'

What kind of error is that? What can I do to open this file?

Do you have Arial font installed?
