I just installed Trados2007 with Word 2007 on Windows7
and I get the same error message with docx-documents. Is there no solution for that problem?

Save .docx file as .doc file which is Word 97-2003 version Jun 8, 2012

I thinks Trados 2007 is not compatible with .docx file which is Word 2007.
So save the uncleaned .docx file as .doc file and clean it. It will work.
