I have both Trados 2007 and Multiterm 2007 installed. However, under options>Terminology Recognition Options, the two MT term versions listed are MultiTerm 7 and MultiTerm 5.

How can I have MultiTerm 2007 added to this list?

Choose Multiterm 7, I think that´s the exact name for the latest version.
