Term Recognition error - help needed

Starting my work with Trados I set Term Recognition Option. When I define Local Termbase the program gives me the following error:

"MultiTerm 7: Cannot create
The Selected Term Information Provider returned the following error:
(-2147467261): (null)"

Dear colleagues, what's wrong and how can I fix it?

If you use Windows Vista you need modify your user configuration.
1. Go to Control Panel
2. Select User's account (sorry if options are not exact, my Windows is in spanish)
3. Select again User's account
4. Select Enable User's account control
5. Deactivate the UAC option
