Hello,
I am trying to import Trados 2009 TM to Trados 2007
The followings are the steps:
1. I export Traods 2009 TM in .tmx format (which only available format in 2009).
2. In Trados 2007 Workbench, I go to File → Import → TMX 1.1
4. Select the exported 2009 TM
Then I get "(35000): SSLex0105e: Invalid token, Line 1, Offset 1" error.
5. I also tried the following format but got same error.
TMX 1.4
TMX 1.4b
Does anybody know how to import 2009 TM into 2007?
thanks in advance,

I have the same problem. Can anyone help?
After several hours of unsuccessful attempts, I've finally done it. The problem IS in the language codes. Thanks everyone for the tip. My advice for Croatian translators: open tmx file in text editor, change "hr-HR" to "sh-HR". It worked for me.

Hi all,
try importing TMX 1.4b, not 1.1.
Oops, sorry. I didn't notice you've tried 1.4b too. Could you provide us with a sample of the troublesome TMX header?

I got the tip from SDL.
Here is what you can do to solve the importing problem with Trados.
1.Open the exported tmx in text editor, such as Notepad.
2.Delte 'encording="utf8"' description in the first line.
e.g.:
before:
after:
3. Resave the tmx with UTF-16
4. Import tmx into 2007 | | | |
