I don't know why but when a segment is auto-propagated, I can't confirm it if it has already been confirmed. For instance, a) I confirm a translation in segment 1, b) segment 3 and 5 are auto-propagated, but when I try to confirm segment 3 with the auto-propagated translation, c) the status of segment 1 is changed to 'Draft'. If I confirm segment 1, segment 3 is changed to 'Draft' and so on.
I reloaded the TMs (I'm using two), I re-started Studio, I deleted the text and filter settings I was using, but I can't fix it.
Anybody has any idea if one of the settings might be doing this?

Hello,
do you make any changes before you try to confirm segment 3?

No. That's the thing, all the translations are exactly the same, 100% matches and unchanged. All the translations are entered in the both TMs (I also used one at a time, that's not causing the problem) but only once. | | | | Claudia Alvis United States Local time: 02:49 English to Spanish + ... One or more of my settings was causing the problem. I received help from one of the developers and deleting UserSettings.xml fixed this issue.
You should check the following folder in order to reset the complete settings in Studio to default (please notice that your project list will have to be populated manually again if doing this):
1) Close Studio.
2)Go to C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\9.1.0.0
And rename (so you could go back) or delet the BaseSettings.xml and UserSettings.xml that are in the folder.
3) Restart Studio |
