Exchanging TM SDLX<>Trados for Spanish (Spain)

Is there a way to exchange memories for Spanish (Spain) between SDLX and Trados?

At the time of exporting/creating TMs Trados has ES (ES) as one of the options, but in SDLX the options are Spanish (international/traditional ..).

I have tried it editing the TM txt export files to change the language codes.
