Problem returning license_SDL Trados Suite 2007 Freelance

Hi all,

I am having problems with my desktop so I would like to return my SDL Trados Suite 2007 Freelance license before I lose everything, but I have followed all the instructions to return it and upon clicking on return license, I get the following error message...
"Cannot perform suppor actions on inactive line item D7FA-E2DB-B032-C52A-4F91-EFE0. #4350-006590 (Error code 50040)

Does anybody know what this means? Can anybody help me find a solution?
