Hello

When I use get/open, I get a message saying there seems to be a TM unit open and to close it. Well, I don't see any open. The program worked for a few boxes, and then just says there's TM open for all the other attempts I make to use get/open. What can I do? I am using 5.5 with a Word document.

Why do I have the feeling this has already been asked??

Sorry.
