Hello,
I tried to deactivate my license to use it on another PC and I could not. So, I tried to activate it again on the original PC but it failed giving me the following messages:

When activating online:
Activation failed:
Can not connect to the activation server. Check your internet connnection…..etc.
Support reference: cannotConnectToWebSite
(Note: My connection is ok when tested)
When activating offline:
Offline activation failed:
You do not need to do anything….etc
Support reference: BadUnlockCode

I noticed something when trying to activate it again, which is the Installation ID (it has changed). It differs from the one I received when I purchased the product and it appears in non editable dim mode when I try to activate SDL offline.
Please help urgently
