Collision of Trados Studio 2011 and antivirus SW/web browser?

Did anybody make the experience that SDL TRados Studio 2011 collides with certain antivirus software and/or web browsers? If so, how did you solve this problem?
Working with Trados alone, everything is perfect - as long as both the Internet Explorer and AVG Anti-Virus (or AVIRA Anti-virus) are disabled. Otherwise TRADOS crashes every 30 minutes and for the remaining time it is very slow. This drives me mad... I am quicker without TRADOS...(
Anybody with similar experience and an idea as to a solution? Thanks.

What if you add Trados and Multierm to the exception list of your antivirus software?
