"Get placeable" on laptop

How do I "Get placeable" (usually Ctrl+Alt+Down arrow) on my laptop without turning the screen upside down? I know I can use the menu option, but I am interested in a keyboard shortcut that doesn't mean I'll have to stand on my head. Thanks in advance

Graphic card settings Feb 10

This is a setting from you (IBM) graphic card setting.
Deactivate it there via Control Panel.

So I don't know where to deactivate this option. Please give me some clues. Thanks

So I've done a quick Google on that:

TBH there must be either a setting in Control Panel or in the control program for your graphic card.
in Catalyst Control Center (ATi graphics) this operation is done in the software without shortcuts. Again I have no IBM machine here to test so you must look in the options of your system on your own.
