I have Studio 2011.

After receiving a .sdlppx package, I would like to export the text segments, in order to translate them in Wordfast, clean the in Studio and send the pakage back to the agency. I prefer working with Wordfast.

Is this possible? Are there other alternatives?

Use the SDLXLIFF to Legacy Converter Apr 30, 2012

Hi,

If Wordfast can't handle the SDLXLIFF then use the SDLXLIFF to Legacy Converter:

http://www.sdl.com/en/language-technology/sdl-openexchange/AppDetails.aspx?appid=194

This will allow you to save the file as a Bilingual Doc which I think Wordfast should be fine with. Then you can use the same tool to import the finished translation back in again afterwards.
