I am temporarily working with a PC Athlon running Windows XP Professional which has Microsoft Office Professional. This Office Professional includes Word 2003.

Is my Trados Workbench 5.5.5.257 (of Trados Freelance 5.5 (with patch 1128)), capable of working with Word 2003?

Is my Trados Workbench 5.5.5.257 (of Trados Freelance 5.5 (with patch 1128)), capable of working with Word 2003?

I am getting an error message in Word stating that the Trados Template is not up-to-date.

I have reviewed my above message and there is a "face" covering one character, so I'm editing my message to repeat the affected bit, as follows:

My Trados 5.5. has patch "one one two eight".

As far as I know, only Trados 6.5 is compatible with Word 2003 - Word 2003 was not yet on the market when 5.5 was released. (BTW, there are some good reasons for upgrading to 6.5 - being able to use TagEditor for PowerPoint files is IMHO a major improvement.)
