Trados includes 2 sentences in a segment...

I'm using Trados 6.5 Freelance.

Trados often includes two sentences (delimited with full stops) in a segment, and I have to use Shrink Segment to remove the second sentence.

I've tried fooling about with the segmentation rules, but it doesn't seem to work. It's driving me nuts!!!!!

Is there a space following the full stop? If there isn't, there's nothing much you can do other than editing the source (i.e. inserting a space) before opening the segment.

Thanks for your assistance, folks. After a while the problem didn't appear any more and now it's working OK.

As regards spaces after my full stops, I cannot now honestly remember if they were originally there in my text or not. So I really don't know if that was the problem. (I hate it when that happens.)
