Is there a way to save a target file with comments made in Trados Studio?

Hello!

I have reviewed a document in SDL Trados Studio 2011.
The translator left many useful comments in the sdlxliff file in Studio.

Is there a way to keep the comments when I save the tagret file?

As far as I know, if the file originated from a Word file (.docx), the comments will be preserved in the target file. It does not work with other formats, since the native programs for those formats handle comments differently or not at all.
