Hi there,

I am importing my isc file into CS InDesign for PC. I am expecting Story Collector not only to place the text in the right text boxes (which is doing with no error messages) but also to indicate to InDesign the point size and the name of fonts.

Do I expect too much? Do I need to name and size the fonts manually? If no, what may I be doing wrong? I haven't seen any error messages in the steps I have taken.

I would appreciate the response of anyone

I would appreciate the response of anyone who have used Story Collector for InDesign CS and did not have this kind of problem.

Any other comment is welcome.

Thank you!

InDesign CS supported by T6.5.5 Dec 7, 2004

Hi Toledo,
I'm not sure but I think CS is still not implement in TE

Trados 6.5.5 supports InDesign CS (3.x) - see this article for details.

Best regards,
Ralf

I see 6.5.5 can do it.

...Is this maybe the reason of your problems?

Trados 6.5.5 Dec 8, 2004

Hi Toledo,

I am already working with the Story Collector for InDesign CS, so that should not be the reason. Do you a hand-on experience with Story Collector for InDesign 2.0? Was the formatting (point size, font name, bold, italics...) kept when importing the translation?

Thank you!

J.
