as my old computer was broken, I no longer have an access to deactivate my SDL on it as it is required to activate it in the new one. Any help? thanks.

Reset license
Aug 26, 2014
Go to http://kb.sdl.com/ and click on the solution finder tab. Go to Licensing problems>I use SDL Trados Studio… 2011 or 2014> I need to have my license reset. Follow the process until you come to a form you can fill in.
If the form doesn't display, try switching browsers. Chrome seems to work best.

Hi Mohamed we have forced a return on your account. If you wait 30 minutes you should be able to go back to http://oos.sdl.com login and get the activation code under My License section.
I hope this helps.
Kind regards Massimo
