Reset license Aug 26, 2014

Go to http://kb.sdl.com/ and click on the solution finder tab.
Go to Licensing problems>I use SDL Trados Studio… 2011 or 2014> I need to have my license reset.
Follow the process until you come to a form you can fill in.

If the form doesn't display, try switching browsers. Chrome seems to work best.

Help from SDL Aug 26, 2014

Hi Mohamed
we have forced a return on your account.
If you wait 30 minutes you should be able to go back to http://oos.sdl.com login and get the activation code under My License section.

I hope this helps.

Kind regards
Massimo
