Loss of matching rate using Trados Studio with Legacy TM including Frame Maker translations

Hello,

I lose between 20 and 50% of full match when I use Trados Studio with Legacy TM including translations of Frame Maker documents done in the past with Workbench via rtf format created with S-tagger.
A great deal of tags (cross references, conditional text...) are not recognized or retrieved and many 100% units in workbench now appear as fuzzies is Studio.

Do you know this problem and its solution?
