Hi friends
I have Trados Studio 2014 SP 1 installed and wish to use MultiTerm with it.

First, I installed MutiTerm 2014 SP 1. The software can create termbases as needed, but doesn't allow to add terms. Each time I add a term, the Java message with security warning appears. If I confirm to proceed, the JavaScript error occurs:

Изображение - savepic.org — сервис хранения изображений

(Error: the object doesn't support property or method "isActive")

Any term cannot be added after the error.

Next, when I installed MutiTerm 2014 SP 2, the software allows to create terbases and add terms properly. However, when I try to add a term from within Trados Studio, the following JavaScript error occurs:

Изображение - savepic.ru — сервис хранения изображений

(Error in English).

Can anybody help me with the issue?

OS: Windows 7 SP 1 x86.

Thanks, Paul

Unfortunately, I should use SP1. I found solution of the issue for MultiTerm 2014 SP1 in KB #5060 (http://kb.sdl.com/?article=5060&cid=23#tab:homeTab:crumb:7:artId:5060), but it doesn't solved the issue yet. As I see, Java is a huge source of problems for Trados of earlier versions.

Why do you want to go using SP1 if SP2 is a free upgrade and it will solve your problem?

Have you had installation problems with SP2, such as the ones I mention in this blog post?

Such obstacles, Emma. But I hope, that soon I'll be able to use SP2.
