I have participated in the group offer to upgrade from SDL Trados Studio 2011 Freelance Plus to 2014 Freelance Plus. When I click Proceed to checkout I get the following error message "Sorry, we had to remove 'Upgrade from SDL Trados Studio 2011 Freelance Plus to SDL Trados Studio 2014 Freelance Plus' from your cart as you do not have the licenses to upgrade." According to my SDL Account however I do have a license for 2014 Freelance Plus. What is wrong and how can I complete the purchase?
